Ms. Hill is a Managing Director in the Houston office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. She is primarily responsible for originating debt and structured finance transactions throughout the southern United States across all property types. During the course of her career, Ms. Hill has completed in excess of $2.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Hill rejoined HFF in June 2004 after spending two years as a Senior Vice President, Senior Director at NorthMarq Capital. Prior to that, she spent fifteen years with HFF.
