Mr. Galloway is an Executive Managing Director in Holliday Fenoglio Fowler’s Houston office with over sixteen years experience in commercial real estate including investment sales, debt, equity, structured finance and loan servicing. As one of the nine members of the HFF Operating Committee, Mr. Galloway is responsible for the overall direction of the firm’s 17 offices throughout the nation, with specific responsibility for the Houston office. During the course of his career with HFF, Mr. Galloway has completed in excess of $4.4 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Galloway joined HFF in September 1990. Prior to that, he was a Regional Manager with American General Investment Corp., where he was responsible for lending and joint venture activities. Mr. Galloway is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status).
